Iwatani's greeting
"Happy New Year everyone. Well, I dressed up a bit today. I was originally wearing a jersey and a hoodie, but I was told it would be better to wear something more New Year's-appropriate, so I hastily borrowed some of ring announcer Kosakai's personal clothes. My shoes are Iwatani Mayu's, sorry. I don't usually dress like this, so everyone in the dressing room was laughing hysterically. I'm sure it looks unusual. As for my leg, I think I was wearing a cast at Korakuen Hall, and you know, it was really itchy. It was incredibly stressful. People were kicking me and yelling at me on the train, and nothing good was happening, so instead of consulting the ring doctor or Murayama, I wrestled with it for an hour and a half with scissors and cut it off myself. I told them I had taken off the cast,
They were astonished, but for now, I'll be immobilized for about two more weeks and then rehabilitation will begin. I forgot to mention this at Korakuen, but I tore my collateral ligament, it's torn here. You can't see my underwear, is that okay? You don't want to see Iwatani's underwear so early in the new year, do you? Do you want to see it? I can't compete so maybe I'll give you a treat. Just kidding."

| Tora Natsuko |
4 minutes 56 seconds: |
Alex Gracia |
*The other person is Kaori Yoneyama
Without shaking hands, the bell rang for the first match. The three locked up but quickly broke. Yoneyama initiated a hand-to-hand grapple. Then JAN teamed up with Natsuko to grab Gracia's arm and give her a New Year's greeting. However, Yoneyama betrayed Natsuko and rolled her up. Yoneyama and Gracia joined forces, and Yoneyama applied a camel clutch, while Gracia's dropkick hit Natsuko. When Gracia got into a camel clutch, Yoneyama betrayed her with a dropkick. Natsuko went for Gracia, who hit her with a cross body. Yoneyama tied Gracia's hair and threw her into the corner. The crowd booed Yoneyama as she stomped on her. Yoneyama delivered a series of Mongolian chops and then put Gracia in an Indian deathlock. Natsuko intervened and applied a cobra twist. Gracia remained in the deathlock. After the break, Natsuko drove both of them into the corner and delivered a running attack. Yoneyama dodged and rolled up, but Gracia stole the cover. Natsuko countered, but Yoneyama went to the ropes. Natsuko then threw a spear. Gracia hit a 619, but Natsuko broke it up. Natsuko covered Gracia. Yoneyama went for a senton, but it was dodged. Natsuko then hit a senton. Then she dove from the corner, and Gracia couldn't kick out, so Natsuko got the three count. Then trainee Iida Saya came into the ring and took the microphone
Trainee Iida: "Natsuko-san, I want to fight you. Please fight me at Korakuen Hall. I beg you."
Natsuko, who had started to feel down, comes back
Natsuko: "Korakuen Hall means it's my debut match, right? Me? Well, well, well, I'm happy. I'm happy. Thank you for choosing me. But you'll definitely regret making that choice. Are you prepared for that?"
Trainee Iida: "Natsuko will be the one who regrets it. I will definitely win, so please support me."
Natsuko: "I really hate the word 'absolutely,' so remember that."
The two shook hands and left the ring

Viper from Queen's Quest makes a comeback in Japan, offering a challenge to the three sisters, Hanan, Rinan, and Hinan
Of the three sisters, Hanan raised her hand and volunteered to go first. When Hinan raised her hand, Rinan also volunteered. Hanan and Hinan sent Rinan off saying, "Go ahead, go ahead." However, both Rinan and Hinan were knocked out one after another with a single blow
Seeing this, the older sister Hanan comes out but is chased away. Hinan jumps in and Rinan delivers a dropkick. The second one takes Viper down, but their combined cover is easily kicked out. The three sisters tie Viper to the ropes. However, Viper pushes Rinan and Hinan down. But Rinan and Hinan team up and pin them together. As Rinan and Hinan try to throw Viper into the corner, Hanan joins them. However, Viper corners each of them one by one and delivers a running attack. Rinan and Hinan dodge, and only Hanan is hit. The three sisters pile on top of each other, but Viper breaks free. She lifts Hinan up and Hinan charges. Viper catches her and slams her onto the mat. She corners Hanan as well and makes her the victim of a cannonball. She body slams Hanan, Rinan, and Hinan one after another. Then a cross body on all three sisters. The three sisters are unable to move and Viper gets the three count

The match started with Natsu and Tyler. Natsu greeted her opponent with "Happy New Year!" and for some reason began stomping her feet to Queen's "We Will Rock You." She then recreated Freddie Mercury's Live Aid performance with an "Oh yeah!". After that, she left the ring and handed the match over to Kagetsu. Kagetsu slipped past Tyler and tagged in Hazuki. Hazuki grabbed Tyler's arm and put him in a headlock. When Tyler threw her into the ropes, Hazuki delivered an arm whip followed by a kick. Hayter dashed in but had his leg pulled from below, sending the fight outside the ring. Back in the ring, Kagetsu and Hazuki attacked Hayter together. Hazuki stomped on Hayter and gave him a face wash. Natsu delivered a series of stomps to Hayter. Hayter overwhelmed Natsu with a series of double chops. Natsu hung her head and muttered, "Are you going to make me suffer like this again this year?" However, Natsu cornered Hayter and stomped on his face. She also delivered a Bronco Buster, and five minutes had passed. Natsu attempts a body slam, but Hayter resists. Hayter hits Natsu with a knee and then a choke slam. Hana hits Natsu with a big boot, then hits Kagetsu and Hazuki as well, and then another big boot to Natsu. Natsu retaliates, and Hana prepares for a brainbuster. Kagetsu cuts in and, along with Hazuki, throws Hana into the ropes. However, Hana dodges and delivers a brainbuster. Hana kicks Natsu several times and charges, but Natsu whips her and delivers a brainbuster. Hazuki and Hana exchange elbows. Hazuki delivers a flurry of blows followed by a counter two-stage kick. Hazuki and Hana are down. Kagetsu gets behind Tyler, and Yamaguchi sprays water from the apron. As Kagetsu corners Tyler, the Oedo Tai team launches a corner attack. Tyler counters with a corner attack on Kagetsu, a complete shot. Kagetsu retaliates, and Hana, Hayter, and Tyler deliver a series of kicks. For some reason, Hayter slams Tyler onto the mat and gives instructions to Kagetsu. Kagetsu hit Tyler with the Oedo Coaster. Tyler couldn't counter, and Kagetsu won. The Oedo Tai and Hater celebrated their victory in the ring
Kagetsu: "Hey you guys in Shin-Kiba, how are you doing?! Are you doing well again?! Hey, what's going on? I'm surprised. Huh? So, Jamie, what does this mean? Do you know what this means? Welcome to Oedo Tai! So Jamie will be with Oedo Tai from tomorrow, so change tomorrow's card!"
Comment from Oedo Tai
Kagetsu: "Jamie will be joining us as a new member, so we'll be doing some fun things in 2019. And let me tell you, the reason Stardom can be so fun is all thanks to Oedo Tai. So, let's have a drink!"

Queens Quest and STARS will face off in a 5-on-5 elimination match. This is a preliminary bout for the Wonder of Stardom Championship between Momo Watanabe and Tam Nakano, and a preliminary bout for the Future of Stardom Championship between Starlight Kid and Utami Hayashishita. Saki Kashima and Tam Nakano will be looking to avenge their loss to Watanabe and Hayashishita in the Goddess of Stardom Championship match, but STARS, having entered 2019 without Mayu Iwatani, is also concerned about the strained relationship between Arisa Hoshiki and Tam Nakano. While Queens Quest seems to have the advantage in terms of teamwork…
STARS offers a handshake, but QQ pretends to accept and pulls her hand away. The match starts with Momo and Nakano. Nakano intimidates with a low kick, and Momo provokes her by saying, "Come on." Momo accepts and retaliates with a series of middle kicks. Nakano grabs her, but Momo lands another middle kick. Momo delivers a dropkick after some rope work. Nakano counters with a bridge and a cartwheel double knee drop. Kid and Utami face off. Kid leaps and delivers a dropkick. Utami dodges, and Kid leaps again. Kid lands a dropkick, and STARS jumps in, isolating Utami. However, QQ from each corner cuts off STARS. Utami delivers a body slam to Kid followed by a camel clutch. Konami and Momo take turns hitting her with middle kicks. Kid retaliates, and Utami passes to Priestley. They trap her in their corner and stomp on her together. Priestley attacks Kid's left arm. Momo delivers a double chop to Kid. After kicking STARS down, Kid gets a soccer ball kick. When Kid retaliates, Momo delivers a body slam with a long hang time. She then gives him a foot stomp on his left arm. Five minutes have passed. As AZM goes for a brainbuster, Kashima intervenes, and one after another, the wrestlers join in, aiming for the brainbuster. Nakano adds Barb Sasaki Lelely, and the STARS side successfully completes the throw. STARS then delivers a low dropkick. STARS continues to attack AZM. Natsumi holds AZM in El Nudo, and STARS delivers a foot stomp. Natsumi jumps on AZM with a Casadora and locks his legs. AZM and Natsumi exchange elbows. Natsumi slams AZM with a DDT but AZM kicks out. Natsumi throws AZM into the corner and attempts a corner attack. AZM dodges and hits a dropkick and a brainbuster. QQ all hit Natsumi with dropkicks. AZM hits a diving foot stomp and goes for the cover, but Natsumi can't kick out and is eliminated. Kashima hits Konami with a face crusher, then a hurricanrana and a corner attack. Konami dodges and pushes Kashima to the apron, and as they grapple, STARS charges in but hits them by mistake and Kashima is eliminated with an OTR. Kid and AZM save their teammate with dropkicks. AZM rolls up Hoshiki but only gets a two count. AZM tries to roll her up again but she kicks out. Neither of them gives in to the roll-up attempts. Hoshiki slips past AZM and charges in. She forcefully pins her and AZM is disqualified. Konami delivers a series of kicks to Kid. When Kid retaliates, Konami attempts a triangle kick. Kid drops her, and Konami is out of the ring. Nakano and Momo exchange kicks. Momo's high kick connects, but Nakano tackles her. Momo counters with a dropkick, then puts her on the ropes and heads to the apron, where Nakano pulls her, bringing them both onto the apron. As Nakano charges forward, Momo delivers a high kick. Nakano kicks back, but Momo lifts her up and performs a B-driver. Nakano grabs the ropes to stop herself from falling. Momo attempts a Soma-to, but Nakano bridges out and takes her back. She goes for a German suplex, and both fall. Kid and Utami are battling it out in the ring. Kid attempts a moonsault, but Utami counters, and 15 minutes have passed. Utami throws Kid over her shoulder. Utami attempts an Argentine backbreaker, but Kid counters. Utami grabs Kid's hurricanrana and takes her to the ropes, but the lights go out and both go into the OTR. The match between Hoshiki and Prestley begins. Prestley sends Hoshiki onto the apron. Hoshiki pulls the ropes and they both end up on the apron. After an exchange of elbows, Hoshiki lands a kick. Prestley grabs him and lifts him up for a sit-down. Hoshiki lands a high kick on Prestley. Hoshiki charges at the staggering Prestley. Prestley then delivers a knee strike, sending Hoshiki tumbling. Prestley is the last one standing and wins
Momo: "Queen's Quest won! Queen's Quest is off to a great start in the new year. And hey, Nakano Tam. We were both eliminated at the same time this time, but you did pretty well. But if we were in a singles match, I'd beat you by a huge margin."
Momo shows off her belt
Momo: "Look forward to the title defense. Say something. ...Thank you. Go back, STARS. Go home quickly."
Utami: "Before you go home, Starlight Kid, you have a Future match tomorrow, but I won't lose to you, and I'm definitely going to take that belt, so please wish me luck. Do you have anything to say? ... Well, STARS, please go home. Go home, go home. In 2019, I'm going to challenge for every belt I can get my hands on. After my Future match tomorrow, Viper, please let me challenge for the belt you're holding. In 2019, I'm going to go for every belt I can get my hands on in order to collect belts for Queen's Quest, so please support me."
Momo: "I think I'll wrap things up by saying QQ's aspirations. Our aspiration for this year is for QQ to take all the belts! That's it! Let's do our best in Queen's Quest in 2019. Believe in the present? Shine in the future? You decide who to believe in. Bow down to the queens!"
QQ's comments
Momo: "We won right from the start of the new year. I think that since we won our first match of the new year, this year will be a victory for Queen's Quest. Everyone, I've said my aspirations, but this year I want to take all the belts to Queen's Quest, so please support us. Uta will be competing in Future of Stardom tomorrow."
Utami: "That's right. Tomorrow I'll be fighting Starlight Kid for the Future Championship, and as I said in the ring, I won't lose to Starlight Kid, and in order to collect belts for Queen's Quest, I'll definitely win the belt here, and after that I'll be fighting Viper for the belt. I don't want to fight another QQ member, but I want to go for every belt I can get my hands on, so I'll definitely win the match against Viper and keep collecting belts."
Momo: "I've already secured the white belt at Korakuen Hall. I have a few more preliminary matches to go through, and I want to win and successfully defend this belt."
--Momo, try working with Nakano
Momo: "Yes, I thought I had knocked her out with a B-driver, but she was holding onto the ropes and didn't fall. I tried to knock her out from there, but she wouldn't fall, and in the end I was the one who got knocked out. I think she's pretty tenacious. The title defense is one-on-one."
